Isn’t that the question though, maybe reworded, but nonetheless, who did put that old column there? Isn’t that why people travel across the world, to remote places, to see the magnificence and beauty of sites and to learn about what we know the old columns as: ancient ruins.
I think we can all pretty much recognize a Greek tragedy when we see one. The classic three-part play detailing the rise and eventual downfall of the hero. And with that the perilous effects and disastrous consequences that follow.

Pause. When I think about all the things I’ve done this semester, it’s feels unrealistically real, honestly. Time is moving, but rarely does it feel like it’s going that fast. We only have 4 weeks left and I am finally starting to understand my place here in Greece. It’s happening. After a long hiatus from writing, I’d like to update you on where I’ve been and how all such experiences have impacted me more than I thought it would.
